研究方向

重点关注早期地球生物与环境的协同演化关系。致力于综合利用地质学、生物学、大数据统计和计算机编程等多学科交叉的方法系统研究元古宙和寒武纪早期重大生命演化事件和环境背景及其对宜居地球的早期形成过程和地外生命探索的启示意义。具体研究内容包括:

l  早期地球生命演化、系统古生物学和生物地层学

l  基于数据库和大数据方法的定量古生物地层学

l  早期地球关键地质时期生物与环境的协同演化关系

 

主持科研项目

l  国家自然科学基金面上项目,真核生物在boring billion期间的宏演化模式研究;

l  国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目(海外),真核生物起源与早期演化;

l  科技部重点研发项目子课题,中元古代真核生的演化模式。
